Yep, as Mr Metters says, the quick and dirty is to use the MS for batch fire fuel, still easier with the 12V 3ltr auto "flywheel / starter ring", whilst retaining the existing ignition setup for sparks. I can’t remember the MS handling odd-fire, but may be the case now?
You could alternatively change to a 6R4 ecu that is designed for odd-fire; will need a crank timing and cam position sensor, and you can then have sequential fuelling and twin coil spark setup... If you fancy that, then I have all the kit waiting for a good home
