Changing rear bulbs

Having found the rear bulbs do these just pull out or do you twist them with my luck today I will end up smashing them, it's so tight in there I can't see what im doing.

Not 100% sure but think they might be held in with metal springy clip things.

Some is and some aint :lol: I think only one has a spring clip ,halogen for the fogs :?:The rest are twist to release .
