Hi Clee,

The Atmo engine is just what was available in the crashed donor car I used. For now I just want to get the car on the road, but I'd assume a turbo engine could be swapped in at a later stage fairly easily!

Thanks,
John

Hi all,

In my quest to get 2 sets new of engine mounts, I ordered from 2 different vendors, but forgot to cancel one order when the other one came in, and so ended up with 4 sets! Doh.

So, I've 2 sets spare if anyone is looking for them. Brand new Alpine GTA engine mounts.

I think normally they sell for £34 + VAT for a set - I can sell these for £25 total per set.

Thanks,
John

Hi guys!

I was on this forum a few years back looking for engine mounts for my 4 seater DeLorean which uses the back half of an Alpine GTA as part of the build. Just thought I'd give an update as the car is now on the road!

It's been a long project, primarily because there were a series of long periods where I couldn't find time to work on it. There are still some cosmetic jobs to do, but it is basically done at this point. Jalopnik did a write up of it last week, along with a video - linked below:
