A610 air con compressor

Postby jagcat12 » Thu Jan 17, 2019 10:40 am

Hi

Just had my A610 fitted with new compressor sourced and supplied by Fen-air international Kings Lynn
web site http://www.fenair.co.uk/ At reasonable money .
the owner Patrick is very helpful sending me written and photographic instructions He can supply other parts including condenser and receiver dryer and bits to convert from R12 to R134A
Well worth talking to with your requirements on 447850920968.
He also supplies complete conversion kits for various other classic cars .Not at the minute Alpines but if enough interest am sure he would oblige

That's useful to know...especially as that's not too far away from me.
These people also provided the new condenser to Barry for his 610, with some conversion pipes to make it fit.

Hi Dave,
I did a post on here a while ago about Fen Air as they supplied me with a new air con condenser, top and bottom mounting brackets, receiver/dryer and new R143a compliant hoses to connect the new condenser to my A610 system, that was around February 2018 and its still working just fine now. If you go back on Fen Airs Facebook page there is a photo of what he supplied me with along with a bit of information. The condenser is about 3/4 size of the big old one, very light and at least 25% more efficient so if you ever need a new condenser then Fen Air are the company to go to.

Cheers, Barry.
