I think I'm going to swap the plastic tube for a rubber pipe. I'm suspicous that the hot turbo gasses are making the tube warm and then it is cooling in a deflated flat state.
Normally you find it gets hot, then the engine vacuum sucks it flat and it stays there...then it will expand on boost, and then shrink back flat the moment you let of the throttle, hence the slow 'off boost' reading..
Could be the cause ,the car was very hot when I noticed it .Will check from cold .
