bumper

can some one please help im having probs getting the front bumper off i have undone every possible nut and bolt that holds it on around the sides and at the front sides think theres something holding it on in the middle but cant see anything

Don't recall anything in the middle .Attached at top of wheel arch, little support arm to bot of bumper at wheel arch, another small outrigger to front left and right with the horn hung from them and two front mount brackets L & R .Apart from the undertray screws or tie wraps in my case thats it, I think .Maybe someones bonded it at some point

i missed 2 bolts and also found a nice little hole in my rad where a stone has hit it so that clears up my overheating problem/waterleak going to get it recored tomoz and see if i can get a thicker core put in and an extra rad fan at the same time to keep it nice and

the rad can be saved which is good because im saving myself £110 i also enquired about a thicker core but he said its not possible

so for £25 hes going to solder it repaint it and clean it out just need another fan now

Either he's wrong (cos it is possible) or you already have one.

He's probably referring to re-using the plastic end tanks - you can't really make a thicker core if you do.

To make an appreciably thicker core you'd need to fabricate new (much deeper) end tanks and then no problemo.
