knocking from front suspension

knocking from front suspension

ive had a knocking noise on the front suspension for quite a some time, the stange thing is it only does this first thing in the morning or when the car has been stood for several hours, and after only a few hundred yards it stops and the car handles perfectly. could it be a worn front shocker ???
any ideas guys. :(

Or maybe a dry bush?
