Selling UK cars to France

Basically the opposite to what Mr Metters was posting about.

I have a frenchman keen on buying the GTA. What is the process for selling to France. Do I just fill in the part of the V5 listed for export? Is that all I need to do as a seller?

Would like to keep it in the UK but not had anyone seriously interested or view the car yet. Must be this time of the year I suppose....

but get a copy of the buyers ID card and get his address too, just to cover yourself and keep copies of all the paperwork for the car
