why do they put these spam posts on forums?
even if I actually wanted some vicodin I wouldn't buy it from these guys on principal now they've spamed this forum...

It's the way Google works unfortunately. RAOC pages have 'pagerank' and that gets passed down the line in any links you make boosting the 'pagerank' of the linked site which therefore appears higher up the list in any search. (That's the basic theory at least)

So these people are paid for every time they make some idiotic link!
