Radio-sat-control

When my car was imported to Japan, became equipped with a Japanese stereo by the importer, the original was probably not enough ? I have now cleared and instal the real Philips/Renault radio. But how will the satellite control be mounted ? Is there anyone who can help me with a picture ? Got all parts but missing now how.
