Very Cheap ATMO GTA For Sale

Postby BIG_MVS » Sat Oct 16, 2010 7:14 am

Price has tumbled and it's a bargain for someone surely! This was my first GTA a few years back and although a little rough around the edges it's very sound and drives great. Someone save it before it disappears to France never to be seen again  It's got Tax and Test!

Cars are like ex Girlfriends, you should never go back

It's a good usable ATMO, got to be worth £2k IMO, paint job by you Andy and it will be a lovely motor.

That does look very good for the price.

Actually while driving home a few days ago i was thinking to myself how much different would it be to drive an Atmo. There have been a few times recently where i have been lazy with a gear change and ended up "off boost" comming onto a hill. Quite fustraiting......
Thus im assuming the wider Torque band would make it a more enjoyable town car.

However, on the open country roads, the Turbo has to be the winner 8)

"BIG_MVS" Cars are like ex Girlfriends, you should never go back

I will never forget what my Dad told me many years ago when I was thinking in getting back with an ex girlfriend.... " Son a re-heated soup is never as nice as a fresh one".........

Also I made the mistake in buying an old car back, it ended up being a complete disaster :?

Finally sold the heap. It wasn't such a nice car with a very suspect chassis. Now sold to Holland after too many timewasters in the uk. It is surprising how some people on ebay have trouble with the phrase "must go collection in 7 days" and "cash only" I expect it will end up getting broken but at least I got shot of it. I will have to be more careful if I ever buy another alpine.
