Sadly the time as come to depart with my alpine due to my son's long term illness i find it hard to justify any time or expense that the car needs.
1987 D reg V6 Turbo pearl white and i want to be as honest as possible:
has not run on road for above 12 months,was started every 4 weeks but 4 months ago it started banging and spitting and then cutting out. It now turns over but will not start (petrol solidified????same fuel been in 2 years)
interior needs re generating plus could do with a respray as small bubbles have appeared under the paint surface since being uncovered.dont know what these are,know it cant be rust but sure you paint specialists will know.(been stored on drive under car cover)
To be honest i would class the car as needing virtually full restoration even though everthing worked before i stopped using it except a intermittent speedo and electric door releases and laminated headlight lenses
open to sensible offers,i would rather it go to someone who was going to bring it back to life rather than for me to put a lorry over it and get some money back(only joking i think)
