Postby BIG_MVS » Tue Nov 22, 2011 10:58 pm

This looks nice, low miles:

Even has Mud Flaps fitted which in my book is a sign that it's been looked after in the past 8)

Also this rather nice Red Turbo is back on at a reduced price:

The white car is only about 10 miles away from Mr Dell and myself  I hope it gets sold for the price, I am sure prices are on the up more and more cars seem to be going for this sort of money; minty mint ones that is. 8)

Both cars look nice and the best I have seen for a while. Red car looks the better but I really don't like the wheels. Anyone got a decent set of wheels?

I have wheels Trevor, all straight. All need repainting, can do at my usual exceptionally high standard for £500 + vat to be left as new.

Simonsays74,

Are they the standard wheels? Not familiar with the original fit GTA wheels so are the metric or imperial? For what size tyres?

Standard Turbo Vane style wheel.
Imperial tyre sizes......
Front 195 50 R15
Rear 255 45 R15 (this is the original size, usually made in small batches as it seems to be a 'GTA Turbo only' tyre size. Approx £300 each when available)

Hope that helps.

Thanks simonsays and Dini,

Will see if the mood takes me to visit either or both of these cars and take it from there.

Longstone Tyres still have the rear 255/45R15 - Michelin MXW (or something) for around £360 each.

Check the age of the tyres they are selling. Very important.
