Went up to £155,000.00 but did not meet its reserve.

Yeah....155k was my limit...had to bow out ;)

..but seriously..that is silly money...all down to provenance.
The buyers premium on that would be almost 20k.....
Still..it's a bit of history..and probably a good investment....
..it should inspire anyone with an alpine historic racer to get up to this standard

Yes, my limit went by fairly early, before the first bid! :crazy

Actually, compared to some of the other cars that were sold, the bidding level the A110 reached wasn't particularly high. It was an interesting auction to watch. Some superb cars.

I'd have let them have mine for £150K lol

I'd have thrown in the workshop manual and car cover too.
