Sellers name is leekjones so it would seem likely. It is a bit crusty though, worth saving?

If you have the time and funds then deffo worth saving as it's an 8221 car. Yes it belongs to Lee.

At this rate probably even higher, still got best part of 9 days left and already their are 23 bids and it stands at £3985.

Some people need to learn how to bid on ebay, bid this early and it is much more likely to move beyond your limit and out of reach than give you half a chance at the end.

Still I'm sure it will be a cracking bit of kit when it is finally restored.

it's going to be an expensive restoration for the lucky or unlucky winner

why haven't the original owners done it up and sold it on restored? as they fetch such a high value when done...... looks like theres a few hearts clicking those mouse buttons.....

and mr Dini and Mr Maxi man and Mr D are keeping quiet........

So i could go and do some checks if anyone is seriously interested.

Would be an amazing car to restore, but would cause serious Wallet pain in the process.

Lee works out of Knowl Hill near Reading but the car will be at home in Wales I would think.

be prepared paint body restoration cost £10,000 plus, then mechanical and trim

ohhhhh no, this is a 1980's standard renault 5 bodyshell modified and made in to a turbo 2. the hours and hours that lead into weeks and weeks and months of work to return this car back to a drivable mint example are unbelievable. all we can see are external photo's of a car in very poor condition and underneath will be corroded cills, floor sections , front panel, chassis legs etc, etc, etc.
as with a lot of classic cars buy them and do them for your self , but this won't be a cheap quick fix.
