Assume that the one you have isn't working?
You could try Martin (Stunned Monkey) the ex clarkson cars engine had the cat on it three weeks ago and won't be needed in the final install. Might be OK after the accident, but you could have a look before paying.
OR if you have failed the MOT, tell the garage its a A610 NOT a GTA. The car type must match the database exactly or no emissions test is needed (see the VOSA website for more details). Two years ago the A610 wasn't listed, so no test is needed. Take your registration document along and ask them to phone the VOSA helpline if they are unsure.
I did this the first MOT, the next two they put it in as a GTA and it passed anyway, so I didn't argue. Let me know how you get on if you try this.
Finally, you should be able to get a CAT made for it by a specialist relatively easily.
