are those 610 or GTA ones?

The heater one was on the last Dieppe list, but I don't expect anyone bought one- storage/transport etc..
What are you going to make them out of? Would multi wall plastic be a better option if it is available in large enough sizes?? Copper or stainless will cost a fortune...

I take it you have checked with Simon, if not.....according to the price list, he invites you to "add to basket" so it might be possible to get them from him. These are for GTA.
The two larger pipes Pt No`s 061093 & 061094, are quoted as 197.54, & 208.25 euros respectively, and the heater one, 061158 is 102.34 euro.
610 ones appear to be available. The heater one is the same as the GTA, but the other two are different. 061129, & 061130 are 222.53, & 236.81 euros respectively.
Well you did ask.

Yes there is a full set in stock here due to a cancelled order by mr Salama who used radweld! Only one more set at the factory when I looked so might pick those up as well. Not especially cheap though at just over £400 a set IIRC

Fitting those must be one of the worst jobs possible.....a guided tour of all the common stuck bolts except the subframe- on a 610 anyway.
GTA might be easier as less boxed in?

For two bits of bent pipe

Three bits of bent pipe

You can have the cancelled ones cost and from experience it won't save much if anything to get them made.

Getting the pipes out is easy ....once you have the engine out the way
It all runs inside the backbone not underside so GTA or 610 same deal ..

but 610's have nice plastic shields all the way along the bottom and all across the fronts....or should have.
I looked at the bolts onn mine and concluded it was drill out and retap on all of them...
Of course if you have all that stuff off, its simple..!(but there are a/c pipes in the way too, and a fuel cooler too.....)
Glad you are doing all this professionally now!
Pictures of doing it maybe?
Cheers

Semi-professionally ...If I was professional I'd not be tellin yeas feckin lot nowt so I wouldn't
The cover on the 610 are just covering those bits ,fuel lines A/C etc .The water pipes still go inside the backbone which is a tunnel ..not a viaduct ...

Aha- so there are two ducts front to rear.....as you say OK when the engine is out and the front covers removed....
Of course telling us what is involved makes any sensible person want someone else to do it for them....
