I guess it depends on how desperately you might need them. Earlier in the year I spent hours on the internet, with many email enquiries, to find a pair for the A310. When I bought the car and stripped the carbs the single choke had a totally seized butterfly spindle and other problems. The twin choke was better but still had problems.
At the Silverstone Classic this year I was talking to a guy with a Hawk Stratos who also has an A310. I casually asked if he had a spare set of carbs as he mentioned that his A310 was on triple Webers. He did have, we agreed a price and I now have them. Fortunately I didn't pay anything like the price of the advertised pair above.
