Dont you think it is a bit weird that the WSR race has been dropped from Zolder in order to make way for the F1 display? Surely you dont drop the headline act to make way for a tribute band?
No doubt we will still have both FR 1600 and 2000 races though!

true..... but i think it's because the fr v6 will support F1 at monaco..... as usual and also it will support a gt cars at spa which is a change to the previous years so they will host the weekend at Zolder and just not have the FR v6 and the Megane trophy will be headlining.........

it doesn't bother me anyway, as i would rather do the nurbergring.....Le mans / magny cours and monza 8)

i suppose it's a bit of a letdown for anyone going from the UK to zolder as it's the closest overseas meeting to attend..... but be adventurous and come over and do the nurbergring weekend...... you could always combine it with a few laps of the legendry toll road

same for monza...... we could always combine it with a nice trackday on the way there..... or on the way back 8)

The Nurburgring wasnt an H&C event this year so i guess no club areas or track parade. Same next year? have to wait and see I guess. WSR was on the bill of the Spa race this year along with Monaco so nothing new there. As for Magny Cours....please no, its the most boring track ever, keep it at Le Mans. Even better I reckon Renault could have took over Pau for the weekend, that would have been fun but thats now lost to the WTC. What about Dijon? is that still there? that was a great track.

fair enough...... Le Mans ok then....... talking of Dijon...... it's still there and is very popular for trackdays....... if you're interested i'll keep you posted as i know a couple of organisers will be aranging days there in 2007 and it is a great circuit with a nice long straight you you can really test your top end out

i'm still keeping an open mind about next year WSR.... we''l have a chat with H&C in Paris and see what their confirmed plans are.
