Advance means you have paid ie cash in hand, paypal (gift or personal payment) or cheque received on or before Sunday 1st December. No exceptions so please don't ask for the advance rate on the day.

Hotel next door is on offer (yes offer ) at £114. At least one person wants this option so a room share at £57 could be arranged.

To put this into perspective the other hotel in the same chain on the opposite bank of the river is £300+
