LA VIE EN BLEU 23rd 24th MAY 2009 - PRESCOTT

I'll be leaving for Prescott on Friday morning so just a quick info summary:

HOTELS

Premier Inn (Tewkesbury Central) or Travelodge.
Shannon Way, Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, GL20 8ND
They are walking distance apart.

PUB FOR MEALS FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT

Elmbury Lodge - Next door to the Premier Inn, Tewkesbury.
In the conservatory 19.30 onwards. Order at Bar service so no problem if you are late.

TICKETS

I still have some full and half price tickets (wristbands) available. You can collect from me at the venue on Friday, the hotel any morning (early) or evening or possibly at the gate on Sat or Sun. You will need to call me on my mobile 07956495773. Alternatively ask someone who is already wearing a wristband to come over to the Renault caravan to purchase them for you.

PARKING

Enter via the main entrance. Follow the gravel road towards the French Marque Clubs' Area. Look out for the Renault Collectors' Parking signs, the silver Renault Caravan and the Renault Flags. Please park considerately in line according to model.

CAVALCADE - SUNDAY

The Renault Clubs' Cavalcade (parade) will be the SECOND Cavalcade on Sunday. The Cavalcades will commence around 13.15. You must have signed the disclaimer at the office and obtained a wristband in order to participate. This parade is for all Renaults and Alpines. ALL CARS ON THE STAND ARE ELIGIBLE. Competition entrants are also eligible but do not have to sign a disclaimer.

GOODY BAGS AND GIFTS

Don't forget to sign in at the Renault Caravan to obtain your goody bag and gifts. Don't forget this applies to competition entrants too so please make the effort to come over to the caravan. NB. Only for those that have pre-registered.

PRIZEGIVING AND PRESENTATIONS

There will be a trophy presentation to Mark Garner just before the Renault' Clubs parade which will take place shorty after 13.15. This will happen near the Start line.

There will also be the main prize giving ceremony near the Start line at the end of the day. This will include the class awards, FTD, the Concours and the additional Renault Awards for Best and Fastest Heritage Renault.

Please try to come along to both ceremonies to give your support.

Hope to see you there...
