Hi Ashley, I believe Niall is organising a trip for the other club, nothing to do with us though.

If you would like to come with us then that's fine by me.

CAR

Postby silverdreammachine » Thu Jan 17, 2008 9:46 am

Oops! It was only a little red button, I didn't mean to push it, why can I hear sirens? Where's the bunker? Looks like it's out with the false beard and glasses for me again for a while! Let me know when the dust has settled!

Anyway, my dads bigger than your dad.

OK, this is all booked now.

Payment needs to be made by 31st January, if you can bring the cash on Mondays Surrey Quays Meeting on 21st January, that would be great.

Entry ticket (1) + Grandstand (1) £35.00 GBP
Includes Parking for one car in Bugatti (Club) Enclosure.

Camping Pitch (1) 7m x 5m £62.50 GBP

If you have a modern car (eg tow vehicle) parking is £7.50 GBP per vehicle.

Laps (Full Circuit) Friday Afternoon AND Saturday Morning £82.50 GBP

(Number of laps TBC)

I have 5 camping pitches giving a total camping area of 175 square metres. This should be more than adequate for 10 people. You may share your pitch and the cost as long as you only have one car on the pitch. Some cars should remain on the club stand so this should not be a problem.

Any questions just ask!

I wasn't planning on going but I received a letter from Renault this week inviting me to the Le Mans Classic and quite fancy it now!

Obviously I believe it's too late to go with you chaps now; I don't mind making my own travel and accommodation arrangements, but if I fill out and return the application form Renault it entitles me to park in the Renault private exhibition area. Is this the same area where the ROAC club stand will be?

Don't mind making my own arrangements if I can still mingle with the club.

IMPORTANT:

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM RENAULT H&C REGARDING THE LE MANS CLASSIC AND HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH ME YOU DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING.

IF YOU WOULD NOW LIKE TO GO JUST LET ME KNOW ASAP AND I WILL ADD YOU TO THE LIST.

IT'S THE SAME ARRANGEMENT AND WE WILL ALL BE TOGETHER.

WE WILL BE BOOKING THE SHUTTLE ANY DAY NOW SO PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO.

Le Mans Classic

Postby Juzzblack » Sun Apr 06, 2008 7:32 pm

Hi Stephen, Can you give me some more information on the Le Mans Classic arrangements please?

I might be interested in going and would be bringing my Brother along but we need some specific times and dates to see if we can arrange the time off work.

What day and time will the Shuttle be leaving and does that include return, and again what time and date?

Would we have to camp or could we make our own Hotel/travel lodge arrangements (if we can find one!)?

And could you give me a breakdown of all the prices?

Thanks,

Justin.

EDIT:

Sorry Stephen, forget that. Can't get the time off work.
