It’s the final Sunday Scramble of the year on Sunday 7th October.

As usual the entire site and specialists will be open to visitors and thousands of classic cars are expected.

‘Click on the ‘Enter Promo Code’ link towards the top of the ‘Tickets’ block on the booking page and input your club discount code RAOCX18 then click ‘Apply’.

The club ticket option will then become visible in the list of ticket options for you to select.

The age of the vehicle is NOT relevant for club tickets so new Alpine A110 owners are welcome to purchase a club ticket and park in the RAOC area.

Please note, if a Classic Vehicle ticket is purchased in error instead of the Club Vehicle ticket, there will NOT be a space allocated in the club parking display area’.

Club tickets sales close at midnight Monday 1st October 2018 and are subject to availability.

Clubs attending with 10 vehicles or more may be allocated their own club parking display area.

The RAOC workshop is only 10 miles from Bicester Heritage and will be open to visitors from approximately 2pm - 6pm the same day.

Looking forward to this; quick question - if purchasing club tickets, do I also need to ensure I've paid for RAOC membership too in advance?? If so, not a problem.

Tim from Alpine Solihull will be attending in his Premier Edition demonstrator so if you have any questions, would like to try one for size or just have a nose please come along!

We have been allocated a club area for the Sunday Scramble

The Scramble will be open to the public from 9am-2pm. Access to the site for club representatives if you wish to set up early will be from 7.30am via the South Gate off Skimmingdish Lane (the Gliding Club entrance), the main gate by the roundabout is closed while undergoing some work. I have included a map of the site, club parking with be on the airfield side of the site, please ask a member of crew on arrival for directions to the club parking areas. There will be a sign with your club name in your allocated area, this may be in a slightly different location to past events.

Clubs are welcome to use flags and gazebos to promote themselves within their club display area but will need to have their own insurance to cover any damage caused should any of these items fall or blow over. If you wish to do this, we will require a copy of your public liability insurance and a risk assessment.
