Red GTA North bound on A3 at 9:05 nr Guildford

Postby darrenbiggs » Fri Jun 10, 2005 9:24 am

Saw a red GTA heading north on the A3 around 9:05am Fri 10th June.

I was on the opposite carriageway in my red GTA going south to Guildford.

Who was it?

Hi Rupert

Hi Rupert,

No smoke at all - it was looking good, looked like you were gliding back into the middle lane.

Is it a Turbo or Atmo? So how many do you own now in total?

Always stikes me how small GTAs look when they're on the move in traffic, they seem to shrink.

Tis an Atmo, with twin triple downdraft Zeniths... God knows how much petrol it uses. Goes well tho', but I carry a full tool kit as a precaution!
This was too cheap to resist so I now have this one, the one in Ireland thats is slowly being done up... and the one I am breaking. And I borrowed my Brother in Laws turbo as well which needs a few little jobs doing to it.
Will sell the new Atmo once the resto is done - or sooner if my wife has anything to do with it! Probably going to sell the carbs first seperately.
Any offer?!
