Grey or green A610 turning onto A21 near Hastings

Postby mettersl » Sat Jan 21, 2023 2:22 pm

I was driving from Hastings up the A21 this morning around 9:30 today and spotted an A610 turning across the road and heading south towards Hastings, I think I was around Roberstbridge but I don't know the area so cant be sure and I’m not 100% sure how far up the A21 I was.
I think it was either grey or the slate green, so a very unusual A610 colour, but it was a very sunny day and I didn't get a good look.
Anyone on here? I know A610 numbers in use are increasing as they get pulled out of storage and recommissioned , but I was surprised!

Using my skill and judgement, both of which are questionable, I think it was L810 WLM which is a slate green A610 that used to live up near me in Burwell (not the BRG espace green). It was off the road 2012-2020 and commissioned at JL after that time. I think its the only survivor in that colour in the UK.
Great to drive a car where you know most of the others...
