Had a bit of progress on the old dog this month. Mostly making it worse! I borrowed a laser level from a friend and drew a line down the side of the centre of the chassis and one along the top so I could see what was off and how far it needed moving. So I got stuck in cut the outriggers off, cut the chassis rail in three sides and straightened it up, welded it back together, ground it flush and plated over the top.

After the central box was back in the centre where it should be then I got stuck into the front suspension mounts. The left hand was mostly straight so measured and drew up the whole front and took lots of pictures and got the grinder out again. Cut the whole front right suspension mounting.

Now it's a simple, if not time consuming task of fabricating a whole new front end! Wish me luck!
