The user manual might be difficult to find but the workshop manual can sometimes be found on ebay like this one that's on there now. It looks like a photocopy of the original.

Because it is dated 1977 it essentially covers the Phase 1 car. I think the differences in the Phase 2 car were covered by supplements known as 'IS' (Informazioni Servizio). The ebay listing does say it includes the IS section but it might not include all of these supplements. I don't know how many there were.

I remembered that I had found the workshop manual (MDR) on the internet some time ago. A quick search has found this FAR forum page that includes links to the manual plus several other relevant documents.
