I am competing in the Syd Taylor Barley Mow Autocross being held next weeking August 10 & 11 in Meonstoke, SO32 3NQ, about 10 miles South East on Winchester.

Basically, it operates like a sprint, competing against the clock, it is 4 laps of a 1km course around a farmers field...... and they let 2 cars off at a time. This is a 2 day event.
In good old motorsport fashion, my mate Matt has donated his ex daily driver..... an R reg Volvo V40. Not only is it an estate, it is the 200bhp T4 model and as we are in a production class....... we have stripped it out and are fitting winter tyres, hoping that we will get some added grip.

Camping is FREE, Friday, Saturday and Sunday if you wish.
Saturday night is a BBQ, and Bar.
Next step up....... is Rallycross, Lydden here we come.
