That Avatar you've chosen there Rupert isn't a million miles away from Homer's dream car anyway! I'm guessing, but a car like that must have a musical air horn, wonder what it plays?

Homer:
I want a horn here, here, and here.
You can never find a horn when you're mad.
And they should all play `La Cucaracha'
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Best way to re-size it is to use an image editing software, Photoshop being one of the more popular, but any should do the job. If you haven't got any image editing softeware, you can download a very good free one from here:

http://www.gimp.org/

Resize your image to something no more than 160x160 pixels and make the resolution 72dpi - this is all you need on a monitor. And try to keep the file size down to around 6Kb or less if possible. Finally save it as a jpeg. Some editing software even have a 'save for web' option.
