You need the management to cope with anything like that.I can run unlimited boost but can't control the fueling so it'll just go bang .PG has tried bigger injectors and they dont work under std setup.I was looking into extra injectors until recently and that might be the way to do it .
I'm sure DG will give chapter and verse .If his answer frightens you, stop asking scary questions

I tried 214cc on the standard set up (standardish...big turbo, no filtration, straight through exhaust) and it produced a touch more torque at high revs but the power plummeted (20-30bhp as I recall!). I currently have 191cc injectors which Ive just had refurbished and they improve the car at the top end quite nicely (running 15PSI).....they were on the car already (albeit dirty and flowing about 183cc on average) but you can get 191cc injectors off ebay (in need of a clean) for less than £30 for a set.
If you want to check injector capacity and cars the god of GTA tuning DG   has provided a handy guide -

www.alpinerenaulttuning.co.uk/injector.htm

Very informative! Standard injectors are 185cc.

No idea! If you search you may find my post about the session I had a year or so ago, but there were all sorts of problems both with the car and the ability of the road itself and the car has had improvements made since then also. I think it showed 170bhp at the flywheel....or was it 160??? Cant remember!! I dont worry too much anymore...I know the thing is quick and brakes, handling and weight matter as much with what I do.

Mine was giving 170 at the fly with the same setup as Peter with the exception of the turbo which is standard .

What is good about that plot is you made 176bhp at only 4479rpm, which is very good for the revs...

If the power hadnt dropped off due to heat, igntion retard etc, you can guestimate where the plot should go seeing as a standard GTA makes peak power at 5750..

Sorry...mine should read at the wheels!! (but my engine is a recon unit from 2001 so its in rude health) One of the reasons why I didnt think the RR was up to much was that they said they couldnt provide an at the flywheel figure! Rubbish! I had a sticky rear calliper and had played with the ignition causing it to be slightly retarded which wouldnt have helped. If I was guessing now I'd say I have maybe 260ish at the flywheel (+ or -) a few......around 200 at the wheels.
