...the Le Mans in black looks very tasty - you just cannot tell how good it is from those pics (..and they were taken 3 months ago which suggests the seller may have advertised it before (obviously without success))

i am assuming optik means replica - looks fantastic though - surely the prettiest of all alpines in most especially in black!

My basic german makes me think that the A310 has been in an accident and is in the later stages of being repaired. No TUV/AU so you'd have to trailer it back and then get it through an MOT here.

It's failed it's TUV inspection ( German MOT) on the Brakes, it doesn't start as the carbs need setting up....... and a few other things but he says he's fully serviced it... plugs oil filter and renewed a load of parts......
and he says it must be collected by trailer becaus of faulty brakes and it don't start!

Hmmmmm a bit of a long distance gamble!

Be afraid be very afraid!!!! If it was an easy job to do the guy would get it done and take the extra profit from having sold a road legal car in working order.
I once got into negotiations with a guy in Wales selling a Davrian T90 that had awesome spec but no MOT. He assured me it would pass no trouble blah blah blah, but claimed he didnt have time to drive it to the nearest Kwik Fit on a Saturday and get it done. I even offered to go down there, take it for a test on my trailer and pay for the car when it passed....but it was all too much bother for him.....I wonder why!!!!!???

yes peter, but the T90 is a racing car, the A310 is a road car and £4k looks like super value for something so old and clean!
