I think you must be startinging to worry about your age - not mentioning it all week! 40's not that bad - I can speak from experience!

39 if you don't mind!

No Alpine's I'm afraid.

Even worse some rivals...

Porsche Design Kitchenware
Half a Peugeot 605
A Mini mug with an ALP number plate

But best of all a Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes & Audi all made of CHOCOLATE! :D Which one should I demolish first!

Definitely the BMW...if you leave it too long it will cut the other cars up and hog the middle of your living room!!

Now 40 is an interesting age as it is around half life assuming proper maintenance, sensible fuelling (not too much high octane) and good spares availability such as the occasional hip or artery. The way to think about it is; you have time to do it all over again and just think how many cars you could still buy! Better still, you are only a third of the way through your ADULT life if you look at the first 20 years when you were busy growing and learning rather than running your own life and buying cars. I am older than you and bought my first car at age 12 so my Car Life may be very long indeed. 8)
Driving an A610 is just so sublime.
