lee, are you able to do something to make them more flush-like rather than resessed behind the nose cone?

Could do , it's just cutting the existing rebate to suit the hole and shifts the lens face further out .You would get a little bit of a dirt trap around it though as the nosecone aperture is radiused in ,but it might not be to bad .
Would probably need to be a tad thicker as well

Mine came from here .............back in 2000

Those are my moulds :D They have been modified slightly since you bought yours and can also replace the headlamp glass and indicator in one piece (as per my white car).

I bought Stephen's plastic ones from him last year but they seemed to be too small....ended up buying one glass one instead.

They weren't mine. Just some bits of perspex someone had bought from B&Q or similar. I removed them from a car I had. The proper ones are much more expensive and fit perfectly.

Stephen, I like the look of the one piece headlamp/indicator cover.
Can you post some pics from different angles?
What do you modify on the indicator lamp to use the single piece cover?
Ahhh - and the final question!
How much ?
a feast is more than enough

What do you modify on the indicator lamp to use the single piece cover?

Easy. You remove the old one, spray the aperture matt black and fit a standard Hella unit in the hole that's left.

They are available any time.

I'll just check on the current price to use the moulds.

Also I need to drop the patterns back off at the factory.
