Flat spots

Hi guy's it's time for me to pick your brain's again my atmo drives great as long as i drive it sensible But as soon as i boot it It cut's out around 3K rpm then if i take my foot of the peddle it come's back too life Any idea's guy's thank's MARTYGTA.

Vacuum feed on the secondary carb, or not setup right on the vacuum system..
