... on the subject of bling....

Postby rupert » Sat May 27, 2006 3:38 pm

Fresh back from my holiday, and found this horror on Mallorca. There has been much discussion on various threads about what constitutes 'bling', be it shock absorbers (no I don't think so) wheels (only if they are 22"), or other so called enhancements.
But get this Range Rover Sport, blacked out windows, sports exhausts, 22 inch rims, and he drove it all the way to Mallorca.... 8 miles to the gallon. GOOD GRIEF.

yeah my car is still poorly :( only on boost though got my fuel pressure regulator the other day and also got a wideband afr/egt setup just waiting for chargecooler and then its off to the rollers and maybe some bigger injectors
as for the clutch not sure whats up wiv it as the peddle has gone right down but im not loosing fluid also its fine when i bleed it but then it goes back down after a bit of hard driving on low boost will try some better clutch fluid when i get time

I would suggest trying to sort your on boost misfire first.....doesnt sound like fuel. More likely to be the spark going out!
If you arent loosing fluid and bleeding helps then its either the master or slave cylinder malfunctioning or a dodgy joint. You ought to sort the problems before you go on the rollers otherwise youre just wasting money!

 true didn't see any at all

James' GTA looks Superb ( mr Dark Horse), is the interior of the car as perfect as the rest and how many miles does it have on it, a fine example I must say,

I bet tony was surprised when he saw it

We all were!

I think it passed Mr Law's scutiny...

A couple of pointers for improvement of course but those are for James and Helen's ears only
