Who's going to the RTOC national day on here :?: Old blokes :) going in the T2 and our kid in the GTT, Guess what :twisted: the boss wont give me time off :evil: he's having us working on a big contract 7 days a week from 6am every morning and not back until 8 pm until xmas :( , what a tos----, he isnt a car enthusiast :roll: just a boss who thinks of his £££££all the time :evil: anyway, hope there some good pics to come on here and somone's taking a FAST GTA to show the GTT lads a thing or two :wink:

Not many I'm afraid. The £15 per head admission with no advance or club discount has frightened most off.

If I go I'll have Sarah & her Mum with me so that would cost £45 :shock:

I'm off sprinting for the day, as are a couple A110s.
And it'll cost me much more that fifteen squid!

NATIONAL DAY 2006
Saturday, July 15, 2006
From 08:00 in the LE - Leicester Region (United Kingdom)


About The Event
This years National Day will be at Bruntingthorpe proving ground.
It will be based around the track with additional attractions like 0-60mph runs, Top speed runs and a special head to head competition called Traffic Light Grand Prix.
The event will be on the Saturday but we will have camping very close by with security staff for Friday and Saturday nights so the socialising can be done to the max!
We are having a large centralised Barbeque area with 2 barbeques in the camping area to encourage everyone to come together and chat whilst the food is being cooked.

TRACK INFO
----------------
Open pitlane throughout the day with a maximum of 20 cars on track at one time.
NO limit to the number of members who can sign on to drive on track.

Signing on for track opens at 08.30
Drivers Briefing 09.00
Track opens 09.30
45 minutes lunchbreak
Track closes at 17.30

Helmets are MANDATORY and can be hired for £15 for all day or a reduced rate for short term loan.

We have now secured a campsite about 6 miles from Bruntingthorpe with a good flat field and controlled entrance. We have security staff on site for the whole weekend so you are safe to leave your tents etc set up whilst enjoying the day at Brunters.

An Autojumble will be held on Sunday in the campsite to sell off all those spares you think you no longer need!
