Yes, looks like a Holsett..

Only info on the car is it runs 2.5 bar (don't know if its absolute, and revs to 8000rpm)

Yes, Ive seen specs of tuned 12v late evenfires and 24vs going to well over 7500..

No reason why it shouldnt really, the stroke is really short compared to most other configurations..

Its definately a PRV, you can tell by the rocker covers and oil filler..
