brake callipers

on my first A610 i had the normal steel/silver coloured callipers but on the blue one a have yellow ones with a small renault sport sticker on them which i think have all come off now. does anyone have an explaination for this?? thanks
i had my 1st A610 back in 1994 a yellow 1 J457JTP now i own a blue 1 M610 BLX since 1997.

Yes probably the glue was"nt very good. :roll:
never really ever thought that i would own a gta, but am i happy that i do!!.

A610 and Clio V6 calipers are the same units, but maybe they are more 'dressed up' for the Clio, and you have those replacements..

are you 100% sure.........

the clio v6 calipers i've seen road and race, look totally different to spider calipers....... and they are the same as the a610 single piston,

the 610 uses 16" rims same as the spider and clio v6's use 17 or 18" depending on series 1 or 2.....

we've looked at mounting clio v6 calipers on the spider and would have to use 17" rims
these look nothing like spider brakes..... :shock: :?

for a start the clio calipers are 4 pot.......

Yes, I was talking about the rears, the fronts arent shared..


Cheers for the pic of the Lunar grey V6, Ive been trying to find a pic of that colour everywhere! :lol:

personally it think it wouldn't look out of place in plymouth docks next to a frigate or two :lol:
