PowerFlex Suspension Bushes

Anyone know anything about these? I need a set for my car and don't know what to get...

It's PU with a steel core .Can it be that make hard to make up :?:

Ive already spoken to Powerflex about this. They have would have to outsouce the the steel case as they cannot fabricate ths, and the minumum order I had to put in was 100 bushes. I was considering it on the rear bushes as they are all identical, but it was still a large outlay in total..

The other problem was testing, the bush used on the GTA is a very hard type resin, and I havent seen any Powerflex materials in the same hardness (shore) of material.

Thanks, so whats the best thing to do? Where would i get a set of bushes from? Cost?

Renault!, about £11 each for the rears, front are cheaper to buy a new arm complete with them already fitted.

I need to do the whole lot at the back as well - it wouldnt take many people needing to replace a full set to get up to 100 would it?

No, but as I said I would have to do lots of testing over a long time to check they are suitable, and last, and hard enough...

Truthfully, there is nothing wrong with the standard bush. It is a very hard compound, more than most 'performance' upgrades for other cars...

Nearly, just clearing the current non Alpine projects out of the way first - should be ready just after xmas.

has been said before that the original rear bushes are the best. very little compliance. :D
