Blowing a gale here too

too right must have took all of 15 minute to fabricate

About 10 to weld (inc. the lambda boss).....but I gave it to a friend to do and he forgot to tell me he had finished it until last night! the pipes to make it cost £30.....and I bought a decibel insert just in case its a bit too loud for noise testing!

No they are both real items!!!! I have a genuine cone air intake filter and the decibel insert is a Jetex item...none of your Stunned Monkey DIY here thankyou!!!

Its all back together.....am going to get my old ECU program loaded up tomorrow...so hopefully just hopefully!!!!! Had a bit of a watery scare when I filled it up.....water leaking from the back of the engine where the pump is...thankfully it was only a reachable clip that needed tightening. Phew! :D

I dont know yet! I bought it 'just in case' because it was a tenner and I'd already paid the postage.
Ideally I wont need it (I can go up to 108db at some courses, although some have 105db) but if I do it will be on for noise testing then it might just disappear in suspicious circumstances for the afternoon runs!!!! 8)
I dont suppose it will rob me of a great deal in all honesty.

At Lydden in Kent, they test you on the track exit after your practice, but only if you have a load car.
