EXACTLY. And you get the "phut phut phut noise of an exhaust leak when you do that...

I don't get to hear many leaky exhausts, :lol: but you don't get that if you put your hands over both tailpipes on a Z7U.. or most turbo engines..

Heres an audio clip of the unit in operation, fully open at the beginning, then they semi close at 30 seconds in..

You're lucky. 2 studs per port instead of four and a stupid link pipe with almost no flex in it....

Gearbox is going off to one of the famous UN1 bods, (not mentioning names as its a non-warrantied build). Started off with a low milage atmo box, short 4th and 5th gear ratios, gears cryo'd and fitted with a short ratio 3.89 final drive. Its not going to do great top end, but should be very swift in each gear and less overall load on the box, I hope... :lol:

Going to fit a remote filler for the box too, as discussed in another thread.

you might want to make provisions for a trans cooler, directing the cool oil at the second gear.

Ah, I sold all my parts to a Dutch guy, turbo's, manifolds, link pipes etc..
