EATMYPLASTICARSE wrote:Went round my father-in-laws yesterday ( who has a nice 944 ) and he showed me a classic car programme that he had recorded from t.v last week, it started with the 80's 911 and then went on to the BMW 850 and then out of the blue they said " if you want something differant and somewhere in the middle of these two how about a French classic, the Renault Alpine GTA ! " , and there it was a red Atmo GTA going around a track.
It was good to watch and listen to there apraisel (?) even if they did say "twin turbo" and "two seater" , but they did admit that they liked it very much and that it was a classic already and that prices will only go up .

Phil - the X1/9 is a great little car - absolutely excellent to drive, especially with the roof off. Gotta say, I rather covet your Fuego. I had one in 1988/1989 and loved it. Mine wasn't the turbo model, but was great fun all the same.
