Right just checked my spare and it's the same as yours. The wires go into the unit and go into a small brown block connector which attaches to the circuit board. Looking from the back the wires go BLACK, YELLOW, RED from left to right. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info.

Mine has 7 slots the outside two are linked by a red wire. Do you know which the other three go into as it seems there will be two spare?
See my really bad diagram below!

Martin.

Could you take a picture of the back of your spare unit and post it for me?

Thanks

Right understand what your on about Brad! Ignore that particular connector. You need to undo the two very small star screws(plus two others either side of the audio type plug) and take the back off the unit. When inside you should see a small brown connector going onto the circuit board, if this is missing you should see 3 prongs for your connectors to go onto, they need to be in the order I have posted about before. You should get it working, if you need more info I'll dust the cobwebs off the digital camera and take a picture.

No didn't work. :( Just blew a fuse I assume as the interior light and remote blip do not work. Will take a look at the fuse at the weekend a too cold outside tonight!

Has anyboy got a spare one of these units that they have for sale?

Thanks
