It has a standard A310 backbox on it, and triple webers and tubular manifolds, which came standard on an A310 GT Pack 'Boulogne', and has the correct alloy rocker covers for it, which was 190hp so that pic could tell me its more one of them than anything different...

I know it has pocketed pistons and at least a mil off the heads, lairy cams and big valves, completely re-bored (?) inlet ports so the carbs basically point at the back of the valve without having to go through an S-bend, lightened crank and flywheel, electronic (mapped) ignition...... it's a very special engine and I only have his word for it, but 5 minutes on the phone with him and I'm sure you'd believe it too...
Anyway, I just posted the pics because I thought people would be interested, just like with the LM600 piston - I'm not trying to prove anything.

Given the 88 and 91mm blocks are internally identical apart from the liner seats, I'd say everything above is standard - if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Example: The Z7U, as you know, is capable of well in excess of 242hp without any mods to the above AND runs a turbo off the same oil supply.*
