Carrying a bike on a GTA?

Sorry if this sounds like sacrillage! I'm looking for an "interesting" car that I can still use at weekends when I go mountain biking. Obviously the best mountain biking areas also have some of the best roads around them, and it would be nice to combine both hobbies!!

I wondered if it was feasible to put a roof rack on a GTA V6 or whether those boot mounted carriers would work?
I guess you could chuck the bike in the back, but that would be less than ideal.

get one of those rear mounted bike racks the ones with the hooks on, then you could attach it on the the top of the rear glass cover and the bumper at the bottom, rear glass hatch is realy stong and should hold a nice heavy mountain bike

There was a factory roof rack and cycle carrier for the GTA made by Automaxi if you can find them

I can't believe that I didn't even look on the Thule website! I just assumed it would be a Renault factory option only.

I think Renault offered a bespoke factory foldy uppy bike for when you break down

I have a bolt on tow bar for sale, no reason why it couldnt be adapted to hold a bike..
