Brake discs

Postby darrenbiggs » Sun Apr 29, 2007 12:14 pm

Does anyone know if the rear brake discs totally identical to the fronts, no detail differences at all?

Time to order some new ones and there's a lot of incorrect info out there about the rear brakes - particularly that they run solid rear discs.
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Yes they are all the same.

259 x 20.

(In theory they should be 259 x 22 for later cars but you can only get those from Renault at vast expense)

By chance I have 2 pairs of standard discs in stock at the moment if you want them.

Standard from around £19 each.

Grooved and/or drilled from around £49 each.
