Yes the rubber bushes have been replaced by nylon ones though. Approx £100+VAT. I would be suprised if you could get any gears at all with that one

Did the bolts turn up?

They had them in stock in Dieppe.

They were around 136 euro + tax (less any discount).

We'll be going back in a couple of weeks if you still need one.

Not cheap though.

Some parts are cheaper in UK some are cheaper in France, but availability is always better in France.

Next trip will be in 2 weeks or so. Happy to pick up any orders.

By the way the nylon balls are retained by tiny split pins through their centres.

It's not the price ,more the ' Can't be effin bothered attitude ' of most Renault dealers .I understand all the Ren Sport/Alpine stuff comes through one UK agent ,yes ?
I can email Simon Auto on the Monday and the parts are here by Wednesday 8)

 I had one about 2 weeks before you, arrived in 3 days. I probably specified a 25t one (easier manual for them to find on the computer apprently)

My balls were a tad big so I've had to lap out the sockets but it all seems to work just fine .Can't be worse than it was before . Should be back up and running this weekend .
