A610 or r25/gta turbo cat ECU's wanted

Has anybody got an A610 ECU or alternatively one from a catalyzed 25 turbo or GTA turbo. Dumping my adaptronic!
Alpines - GTA 3.0 Turbo, GTA 3.0 Inj (Project DD), GTA 6.2 V8 (500 bhp) , R32 Skyline GTR, BMW Alpina B10 635 Highline, Alpina B10 E39 5 Series, Jaguar 4.2 XKR, Laguna 205GT, BMW 120d.

I have a couple of 25T ecus .Anyone know the codes for a CAT version ?
One is Seimens 7700726993 ,the other Renix 7700727574 .

I'm sticking with the Adaptronic but will need to run the next engine rebuild in on a std Ren ECU .I'm sure the Adapt will work fine ,it's just finding someone that knows what they're doing with it .A little knowledge is a very dangerous thing ,expensive as well .Glad I'm not paying someone to feck it up for me ..............................

ChrisM is in a position to pension off his LeMans ECU now, but ignition map is totally different...

Tony, remember you aren't running an A610 water pump, temp sensors, knock sensors or TPS..It'll be far from a "plug and play" solution. You're far better off re-fitting that trigger wheel (which I've offered to do for nowt), and go back to the first map done at Cyclone in Wickford which worked perfectly until the trigger wheel got too wobbly... and fine tune from there.

You don't need a 610 ecu or a 25T Cat ecu, if you wanted to go that route you can work with a 25 V6 2.9 ECU/ or Espace 2.9, but with the cost involved in the remap, why don't you just get the bloody Adaptronic mapped properly in one hit and be done with it.

Engine Advantages down my way. He's my best dealer. Raves about the unit, has got more more power out of 1.3 Toyota's on it than anybody on here will with the V6, and quoted about £300 for a full map. Ive used 'Cyclone' since Tony's had his done, on a different vehicle and the way it was mapped wasnt good.. Had to sort it out myself afterwards.

I'm off to start another build soon .Got to clear a clean area after all the shite shifting of last weekend .I've got one of your pukka lumps on a tyre Dave ,I'll leave it outside for collection ................:lol: :wink:


I shall be purchasing forensic suits ,hair nets and many rubber gloves .Air lock is installed in the garage and a 48hr quarantine for the kids .No way is a piece of shite getting in this time

At the time, you had nowhere to recommend and everyone else said they wouldn't touch an unknown ECU. After being mapped manually, the car went like a rocket and while it needed some fine tuning on things like idle and light throttle driving, ran without missing or hesitating. Things only went south with the wobbly trigger wheel and the move back to stock flywheel pattern.

Yes, thats right. Im saying Ive used him since and the map was no way near finalised, way too rich etc. Sorted it out afterwards with the self learn and my wideband.

If Tony's car is mapped fine on the ECU, then I can't see why he would start this thread.

As the sole UK agent for the supply of Adaptonic ECUs I would hope you vet your retailers .You're only as good as your last F##k UP :lol: In my experience .
What if you sold all your units to a real numpty ?How long do you think Adapt's UK rep would last ?

Yes, I do 'choose' my retailers.

But im not 'liable' if they mess your car up.

Do you think Snap on take liability for every garage that uses their tools?
