Air vent removal?

Postby SNVPoole » Mon Apr 28, 2008 8:23 am

Okay call me simple.. but how do the air vents either side of the instrument pod remove? I tugged and they seem pretty well fixed to the dash and I didn't want to break anything. So presumably they clip in? And do they pull out forwards? or upwards? Thanks guys.

Just need to pull. Use long nose pliers clamped around a bit of cloth on the vents.

Yes they just pull out, as DG says just be careful not to damage them.

Thanks for the help guys. Gave the speedo connectors a nudge and seems to have done the trick. Cheers Steve
