That means the GTA intake won't fit. I was told that there was one vehicle that came with efi on the oddfire but I may have been misinformed.

Well it does. It's up to you to make it work from that point on but the footprint is the same.

The problem is that there is a difference in width between the odd and even fire manifolds with the oddfire version being 1.4cm narrower then the even. I'd already taken an evenfire version from a volvo to the machine shop and there isn't enough material to shave off to make it fit.

I'm sure you have thought of this but can you use Evenfire heads too maybe?

You've got a 3 litre manifold there then. The ports are higher up the heads on the 3 litre engines (native to the Eagle Premier and Dodge Monaco for you) and those intake manifolds are not interchangable. The B280 (later Volvo 2.8 even fire) manifold and a standard NA 3 litre look the same but aren't.

Once again, in answer to your original question, you need a manifold from Renault Z7U 2.5 turbo engine. It WILL bolt directly to a 2.8 odd-fire and the ports will mate correctly too. I do actually know what I'm talking about here.....

There's no reason at all why not except for the hole for the distributor drive needing drilling out.

An easier solution would be to round out the ports on a B280 (2.8 even fire).

That's correct. It fits perfectly. I have GTA atmo here with an oddfire PRV and the GTA turbo manifold fitted. The only decision you need to make is whether to use the atmo or turbo o rings.
